ZEON — TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. WHAT IS ZEON?

ZEON is a digital platform where users can explore a digital representation of Earth and claim virtual parcels connected to geographic locations.

ZEON does NOT sell physical land or real estate.

2. ZEON LAND IS COMPLETELY VIRTUAL

All parcels shown or sold on ZEON are completely virtual.

When you purchase a ZEON parcel, you are purchasing a digital ownership record within the ZEON platform.

You are NOT purchasing the physical land represented by that parcel.

Buying a ZEON parcel does NOT give you:

• Ownership of the real-world land.
• A property deed or legal title.
• Permission to enter the physical location.
• Possession or control of the physical property.
• Construction or development rights.
• Mineral, water, agricultural, or other physical-land rights.
• Any right to occupy, use, remove, or control anything on the physical land.

The actual physical land remains subject to its real owner, government authorities, laws, regulations, and real-world property rights.

ZEON ownership exists only inside the ZEON platform.

3. ZEON PARCEL BOUNDARIES

ZEON parcel boundaries are created for the digital ZEON world.

They are not official property boundaries, cadastral boundaries, surveys, deeds, or government land records.

Geographic information shown by ZEON may not always be identical to official geographic or property records.

4. CLAIMING A PARCEL

A parcel can be claimed only when it is available and the ZEON system successfully confirms the claim.

Users must not use bots, exploits, bugs, unauthorized methods, or other methods intended to obtain parcels unfairly or interfere with ZEON.

5. DIGITAL OWNERSHIP

When you successfully claim a parcel, ZEON records you as its digital owner within the platform.

Digital ownership is subject to these Terms and the continued operation of ZEON.

6. PRICES

ZEON may set or change prices for parcels and other features.

The price paid for a parcel does not guarantee any future value.

7. NO GUARANTEE OF PROFIT

ZEON parcels are not guaranteed investments.

ZEON does not promise that:

• Your parcel will increase in value.
• You will be able to sell it.
• Someone will offer to buy it.
• A marketplace or resale system will exist.
• You will make a profit.

Do not purchase a parcel based on a promise of guaranteed profit.

8. FUTURE RESALE

ZEON may introduce resale, transfers, offers, or auctions in the future.

If introduced, these features may have separate rules. ZEON does not guarantee that a parcel will be resold or that buyers will always exist.

9. YOUR PROFILE AND CONTENT

You may be able to add a name, photo, description, links, logo, or other content to your profile or parcel.

You are responsible for what you upload.

Do not upload content that:

• Is illegal.
• Belongs to someone else without permission.
• Impersonates another person or company.
• Is fraudulent or misleading.
• Contains harmful software.
• Harasses or threatens others.
• Violates another person's rights.

ZEON may remove content that violates these Terms.

10. NO MISREPRESENTATION OF REAL LAND OWNERSHIP

You must not use ZEON to claim or imply that you legally own the corresponding physical land.

Owning a ZEON parcel does not allow you to claim ownership of a house, building, road, forest, desert, beach, farm, or other physical property located there.

11. SECURITY AND ABUSE

ZEON may restrict or terminate accounts involved in serious abuse or violations.

You must not:

• Attempt to hack or access ZEON without permission.
• Bypass security controls.
• Attack or overload the website.
• Abuse automated systems.
• Use bots to manipulate parcel claims or rankings.
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities.
• Manipulate ownership records.
• Interfere with other users.
• Use ZEON for illegal or fraudulent activity.

12. MAPS AND INFORMATION

Maps, geographic data, imagery, borders, labels, and other information displayed by ZEON may contain errors or changes.

ZEON does not guarantee that geographic information is always complete or accurate.

13. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

ZEON may add, change, remove, or discontinue features. The website may sometimes be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, or other reasons.

14. REFUNDS

All purchases on ZEON are final and non-refundable. Refunds are not provided once a virtual land parcel has been purchased.

15. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

ZEON may restrict or terminate accounts used for fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, security attacks, manipulation, or serious violations of these Terms.

16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

ZEON's name, branding, design, original graphics, software, and other original platform materials belong to ZEON or their respective owners.

You may not copy or commercially use ZEON's platform or branding without permission.

17. CHANGES

ZEON may update these Terms as the platform develops. The latest version published on ZEON will apply from its stated effective date.

By using ZEON, you understand that:

• ZEON parcels are completely virtual.
• You are NOT buying real land.
• You receive NO legal ownership or rights over physical land.
• ZEON parcel boundaries are not official property boundaries.
• ZEON does not guarantee that your parcel will increase in value or make you money.
• Any future resale or marketplace is not guaranteed.
• Your ZEON ownership exists only within the ZEON platform.
