1. ABOUT ZEON

ZEON is a digital platform that allows users to explore a digital representation of Earth and claim digital parcels associated with geographic locations.

ZEON does NOT sell, transfer, lease, or grant ownership of physical land.

A ZEON parcel is entirely virtual and exists only within the ZEON platform. Purchasing a parcel does not give the purchaser any ownership, title, possession, lease, easement, access right, development right, mineral right, water right, or any other legal interest in the corresponding real-world land.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We do not need to collect information simply because it could be collected. We aim to collect information that is reasonably necessary for operating, securing, improving, and supporting ZEON.

Depending on how you use ZEON, we may collect:

• Account information, such as name, username, email address, profile information, and password-related information.
• Profile information that you voluntarily choose to display publicly, such as a profile photo, description, links, or territory name.
• Geographic information relating to parcels you claim, view, manage, or interact with.

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

• Provide ZEON's geographic ownership and profile features.
• Record and display digital parcel ownership.

ZEON may allow users to create information associated with a claimed parcel or territory.

• Date or period of claim.
• General geographic information about the parcel.
• Public ownership status.

Users should understand that information intentionally made public on ZEON may be visible to other users and may potentially be indexed, cached, copied, or shared by third parties.

Do not publish sensitive personal information, private addresses, financial information, passwords, government identification numbers, or other information you do not want to make public.

5. REAL-WORLD LOCATION PRIVACY

A ZEON parcel may correspond to a real-world geographic location. Claiming a parcel does not mean that ZEON has verified that the user lives at, owns, occupies, or is otherwise associated with that real-world location.

Users should exercise particular care when claiming or publicly displaying locations associated with private residences or other sensitive places.

ZEON may provide privacy controls, but users are responsible for choosing what personal information they publicly associate with their digital parcels.

6. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

Where legally required, ZEON will request appropriate consent for non-essential cookies or similar technologies.

ZEON may use cookies, local storage, session technologies, analytics technologies, and similar mechanisms to:

• Keep users signed in.
• Maintain preferences.
• Provide core platform functionality.
• Protect accounts and prevent abuse.
• Understand platform usage.
• Improve performance.

7. INFORMATION SHARING

ZEON does not intend to sell users' personal information as a product.

15. REFUNDS

ZEON does not provide refunds for purchases of virtual land. All purchases are final and non-refundable.

Refunds or reversals may only occur in cases such as a failed, reversed, or unsuccessful payment transaction, where the payment service provider processes the refund or reversal in accordance with its applicable procedures.

If a payment-related request is made, ZEON may use relevant transaction and payment information, such as the transaction ID, purchase details, and payment status, to verify the transaction and respond to the request. Payment information is handled through third-party payment service providers and is not stored by ZEON beyond what is necessary for legitimate business, security, and record-keeping purposes.

16. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

ZEON may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through the platform or other appropriate means.
